On the first day back after the Easter Holidays (April 22nd), IT will give you your new login details IT support available from 7AM ALNS – INFO Centre to collect, then change P/W in IT3\Hums 11 Trafalgar - Library Along with a guide on how to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account. Please be ready to follow the instructions when you get them.

I'm working over Easter for site team\premises & or supporting school hirers If you are working over Easter at ALNS or Trafalgar: Logging in to a Windows PC or laptop will not work Paxton door control, telephones, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Heating will be un-affected and continue to work If you need to access the internet, including for School Hire this can be done via a Chromebook, tablet or school/own phone For staff working during Easter, users & email addresses that are critical for communicating during this time will be prioritised (Admin/IT will be circulating a priority contacts list that will be migrated first (including IT, admin, site teams, safeguarding, Easter school staff, HR, Finance etc
