I'm trying to move my files but its not working

1 - I get a message saying file open in (name of application) ? - If you get this message or a similar one saying the file is open, check that you don't have it open on your machine. If it is close it and click try again on the file in use box.

If it still doesn't work, then check with other members of your department to make sure they are not working on it.

2 - I get a message saying duplicate files name or name already exists - If you get a message saying duplicate files name or name already exists, skip the file, wait for the moving to finish, then re-name the file that wouldn't move.
