Pinned emails will not be pinned once the migration has happened. To make sure you don’t lose these vital emails in the list of countless emails in your inbox, you can save these to a folder.

To do this:

1. Right click a pinned email
2. Click ‘Move’
3. Click ‘create new folder’
4. Give the folder a name
5. Click ‘Save’.
   
   This will move the email into a folder which you can find on the left-hand side taskbar.
   
   

To move additional emails to this folder

1. Right click an email
2. click ‘Move’
3. select the pinned email folder you just created.

TIME SAVING TIP: If you select multiple emails, you can right click, press ‘Move’ and select the folder, all selected emails will move into that folder.
